Invinn helped Wästbygg with the development and clarification of a unique, attractive and authentic brand position. A position that was validated both internally and externally, as well as being rooted in and integrated with the business strategy and goals. The foundation for the position was initially investigated by a full current state analysis.

What happened?

The brand platform resulted in clarification, a direction and a common goal for the whole organization, something to gather around and be proud of. Further, the developed position formed a validated basis to base the communication on, to easier attract right competence and attitude. In total, a more apparent attractiveness and differentiation.
